As work progresses on site, we remain actively involved to answer questions, review conditions, coordinate with contractors and trades, and ensure the design is executed as intended.
Our role is to support the project team, solve challenges proactively, and advocate for the integrity of the design throughout the construction process.

The details matter.
Construction Documents translate the design vision into a comprehensive set of drawings and specifications that guide execution. Millwork details, finish schedules, elevations, custom elements, and technical requirements are carefully documented to communicate design intent with clarity.
This phase provides the roadmap that allows the project team to bring the design to life.

This is where ideas begin taking shape.
As concepts are refined, we evaluate project realities including site conditions, budgets, timelines, and technical requirements. Space planning, material palettes, finish selections, furnishings, and preliminary pricing are developed and coordinated.
By the end of this phase, the project has moved beyond possibility and into a clear, actionable design solution.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Once we understand the design problem, we begin exploring solutions.
During Schematic Design, ideas are developed through precedent imagery, sketches, and conceptual studies that communicate the overall direction of the project. This phase remains intentionally flexible, allowing concepts to evolve through collaboration and feedback.
The goal is to establish a shared vision before moving into detailed design.

Through a rigorous discovery process, we investigate the project's goals, requirements, opportunities, and constraints. We learn not only what our clients need from a space, but how they live, work, gather, and experience it.
Programming establishes the foundation for every decision that follows and ensures the design is grounded in purpose from the very beginning.
PROGRAMMING

While construction is underway, we coordinate the many elements that complete the space.
Working closely with vendors, artisans, workrooms, and suppliers, we oversee the procurement of furnishings, lighting, artwork, textiles, and accessories. Once construction is complete, our team manages installation and styling to ensure every layer of the design is thoughtfully realized.
Installation day is often everyone's favorite part of the process - the moment months of planning, collaboration, and craftsmanship come together to create a finished space.
